Britt
Tinglum
Britt Tinglum joined Friedman | Rubin in 2008.
At her prior firm,
Keller Rohrback of Seattle, Britt was a
member of the firm's nationally recognized complex
litigation group. She has successfully litigated
actions involving antitrust, securities, mass tort and
consumer advocacy issues, and has served as co-lead counsel
in national class-actions, including: Enron ERISA
Litigation, Lucent Technologies ERISA Litigation, and was
extensively involved in the Phen-Fen Diet Drug cases, IKON Securities
Litigation and Malt-O-Meal Cereal Contamination litigation.
At Friedman |
Rubin, Britt is coordinating the firm's
representation of numerous victims of the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada
and the
Gastroenterology Center of Nevada. These now defunct
clinics negligently exposed thousands of patients to
Hepatitis, AIDS and other blood borne pathogens.
Friedman | Rubin is leading the litigation against
insurers and HMOs, including PacifiCare and United Health,
that failed to inspect or certify the safety of the clinics
while requiring their policyholders or members to go to them
to obtain needed medical services. Britt's experience with complex cases will be
a great benefit to FR's clients and affiliated Nevada
attorneys.
