William S. Cummings
William S. Cummings joined the firm in 2007. His areas of practice include contractual, corporate,
employment and complex commercial litigation as well as appeals.
Bill graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1993, where he was Articles
Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif. He
received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
From 1993-1994, Bill
served as law clerk for Alaska Supreme Court Justice Warren Matthews. Prior to joining Friedman
| Rubin,
Bill was a partner with Ashburn & Mason where he practiced from 1994 to 2007.
Bill is admitted to practice law in Alaska,
Arizona, Nevada and Washington. |
